“Spring Foray & Nature Walk” led by Andrew Minnick of Authentic Primitive Living. Saturday, April 17th 9:00am-noon
A crash course in “ethnobotany” and understanding our beneficial flora. Focusing on edible, medicinal, and useful plants of the southeast (Georgia Piedmont region) We will address trees, plants, herbs, and fungi that have played vital roles in many cultures.

**Closed toe shoes and appropriate clothing are recommended for the nature walk. Guests are encouraged to bring a basket (paper bags will be available), notebook, and a small pocket knife or scissors.
The log house and grounds are open to the public, from 10:00-2:00, for tours that day as well. Visit for tour and ticket information.
